There is nothing better than to motivate yourself to get into shape for a vacation. Don't eat fast food when you are short on time instead go into grocery stores and grab a salad, fresh fruit or healthy sandwiches on multi grain or wheat breads. Keep your food portions small but substantial, use your noggin when snaking, grab some whole fruit, yogurt or raw vegetables. Keep splurging to a minimum maybe two to three times a week but keep it to one splurge a day. Don't forget to work out at lease twenty minutes per day or do a longer work out 3 times a week. Keep your work diverse and do cardio, swim and weight training. Try to fit in a YOGA class if you can at lease once a week. This fitness regime may not be cheap but it's worth the money. To save money try to sign up at your local gym and always ask for what their deals are or specials going on. Check out your local parks and recreation offices to see what services they offer. Some local town and city buildings have pools, tennis courts and gyms. It's time to get fit for that single girls vacation.......
